Floors that cannot be walked on
To work with the floor plan editor BC is necessary. With it, various settings can be made for the floor in the room. There is even the possibility to create floors that are not walkable. How this works is explained here.
To open the editor click on Settings then on Open the floor plan editor.
To open the editor click on Settings then on Open the floor plan editor.
We need the Import/Export function. With this, others can, for example, pass on their settings to the room owner by code or copy the setting from another room.
If you click on this function, this window opens and you can type something there. The zeros in the code are the current floors that can be edited. We leave out the "x" here. To create a floor that you can't type on, replace a zero with ² or ³. Note that these are superscript numbers (exponent). Mostly you can create these numbers with CTRL + ALT+ 2 or 3.
Then you press Save and the setting is applied. There are then two floors in the room that you cannot walk on.
We extend the area to show that when you walk through the two floors, you dodge and can not get on it.
Unfortunately, no furniture can be placed on this surface, which means that you have to take the floor as it is. Unless you create an optical illusion, then it looks as if there were tiles on these areas or whatever else you would like to have for furniture in this place. How an optical illusion can look like is shown here.
